Cancellation/Refunds
A $250 security deposit is required in advance to reserve your week's stay. If renting for the month, a $1000 security deposit is required in advance to reserve your month's stay.
(If after your visit, an inspection is taken and Boden's Bungalow is found to be intact and no damages have occured, you will receive a refund within 10 - 14 days of the end of your rental period.)
If you find the need to cancel your reservation for any reason, the following policy applies:
All cancellations must be received, in writing, to our address 30 days
prior to check-in date to receive 100% of all fees.
If after 30 days prior, the following applies:
29 - 15 days prior: 50% refund of the weekly rental fee
7 - 14 days prior: 25% refimd of the weekly rental fee
6 - 0 days prior: NO REFUND
And sorry, but...
NO SHOW = NO REFUND
**Landlord will not provide any refunds due to outages of any kind, shortened stays or ruined expectations due to weather conditions, or shortened stays due to Tenants work, family emergencies or other commitments.
